Goddess Rising Policies
1) CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE OF MATERIALS
Client agrees to keep confidential any purchased Goddess Rising materials and links and not share them with anyone. Client acknowledges Goddess Rising Mystery School will keep all information exchanged in strict confidentiality.
Client agrees not use materials from any purchased Goddess Rising materials for any professional use.
Client agrees that if inspirations and concepts from any purchased Goddess Rising materials are shared on social media the client will honour Achintya Devi / Goddess Rising Mystery School by naming and tagging.
2) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NON-COMPETE
All materials and concepts given to Client in any purchased Goddess Rising materials are proprietary. Client agrees that such proprietary material are solely for Client’s own personal use.
Client agrees not to make use of any materials or concepts for professional or commercial purposes in any manner. Under no circumstances may these materials be shared, sold, or repurposed for professional use.
Any disclosure to a third party, copying or republishing any portion of the course materials or its contents is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.
3) REFUNDS
Client agrees there are no refunds.
4) DISCLAIMER
Client understands Goddess Rising Mystery School is not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, business manager, registered dietician, nutritionist, financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant. Client understands their participation in any purchased Goddess Rising materials will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or other practitioner as determined by their own judgment.
Client understands that Goddess Rising Mystery School has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy. Client understands that a teaching / coaching relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.
5) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The purpose of any purchased Goddess Rising materials are to support and empower the client with personal & spiritual growth. All information and teachings offered in any purchased Goddess Rising materials are to be used by choice and at own risk and discretion. Client acknowledges that as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Client will reach their goals as a result of participation.
6) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Client releases Goddess Rising Mystery School, its team, assistants and related entities from any and all damages that may result from any claims arising from any agreements, past, present or future, between the parties. Client accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
Client agrees that Goddess Rising Mystery School will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of Company’s services or enrollment in any purchased Goddess Rising materials.
