When you are complete, say AND SO IT IS 3x. 2 Write down all you are welcoming into your life and then speak it aloud into your bowl of water and drink the dark moon water with your intentions. 3 Complete by saying the Cancer New Moon Mantra 3x 💙 Additionally, throughout today and the next couple days, you can speak this Mantra as often as you like to empower the ritual above. . 20 years ago I had an experience that would set the course of my adult life, that continues to this very moment. My aunt invited me to a small town in Washington State to a Mediation retreat with another 400 people. It was there, at 19 years old, that I met Amma. That weekend I experienced the profound blessing of what I can call quantum leaps in consciousness, body/mind/spirit embodied union and was initiated onto the Path of Love & Service and the Shakti Traditions with Amma as my Spiritual Teacher, receiving my mantra from her. In my 20's and early 30's I spent much of my time at her Ashram in India, her North and South India tours (8 pilgrimages there), her US Tours and to South America practicing Karma Yoga, Seva, bhajan & meditation practice. After years of receiving her teachings, guidance, and shakti transmissions she guided me to birth what is now Goddess Rising Sisterhood & School, which is my heart's devoted expression to Love & Service. .
